Baby Emma || Annapolis, Maryland

What makes for a great newborn session? Beautiful sunlight, a bright nursery, a sweet little girl, and parents so absolutely in love with their new little one that they can't control their smiles.

It was such a joy to have her mama and papa grinning from ear to ear during their session. I know new parents are sleep deprived and it's not always clean-diapers and peacefully snoozing little ones, but these three really lit up the room.

The presence of their pooch wasn't unwelcome, either; he was curious and eager to give kisses to Emma whenever he could. Emma, meanwhile, was a total trooper. She slept with a content little smile on her face through most of the session, and opened her eyes every so often to check out what we were up to.

Welcome to the world, sweet little lady! -MJ
