Lindsay + Joshua - Pre-Wedding Portraits

Know what makes for a great layover between adventures? A sweet little session with a couple getting hitched the next day! I had so much fun in Chicago working with Lindsay and Joshua - something about an intimate shoot in a big, bustling city is just too charming to resist.

The entrance to the stunning Tribune Tower, which is not only one of the most beautiful buildings in the city, but also where Joshua happens to work!

After a short stop to dance in the street (why not!?), we were off to the gorgeous Millennium Park.

(Seriously, I'm no city-kid, but how gorgeous is Chicago? So in love with the beautiful buildings and huge parks!)

Non-traditional engagement rings are so fun - really digging the sapphire and filigree on this beauty...

Being -super- touristy and visiting THE Bean, but also indulging the instant photographer reaction of "must photograph near big shiny reflective surface!".

Big congratulations to Lindsay and Joshua! Thank you so much for the wonderful opportunity to photograph in Chicago, lots of love to you both! xomj
